Flip Shop

Buy it cheap. Clean it up. Sell it in the window.

Flip Shop is a first-person junk-restoration shop sim. You run a small second-hand shop on a city parade, and every piece on its shelves came out of a scrapyard in your own truck.

Dig for it.  Drive out to the yards, climb the heaps and pull out whatever is worth saving: lamps, radios, chairs, kettles, the odd real find. Each trip, the yard has new stock.

Restore it by hand.  Sit down at the workbench and do the work yourself: scrub off the grime, sand it back, turn the screws, fit new parts, polish it and test it. A tracker shows every step the piece still needs. Rush it, and you'll mark it, and a marked piece sells for less.

Sell it. Put it on the shelves, set your price and turn the sign to OPEN. Customers browse and buy, regulars drop by, and some walk in wanting one particular thing.

Grow it.  Buy shelving and furniture in Build Mode, knock through the back wall to expand, hire staff, and order fittings from the shop PC. And one day, decide what happens to the building itself.
